This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased directly through the L.C. Reagan online store.

Our physical products are primarily produced and fulfilled on demand. Books and merchandise may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners and from different production facilities.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing and Production

Because many of our products are made on demand, your order may require production time before it is shipped.

Production time is separate from shipping or transit time. The time required to produce an item may vary depending on the product, production facility, order volume, destination, and other factors.

Once your order has been produced and transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping time will depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside our control.

Any processing, production, shipping, or delivery dates provided at checkout or elsewhere on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Books and Merchandise May Ship Separately

Different types of products may be produced and fulfilled by different fulfillment partners.

For example, books and print-on-demand merchandise may be produced at separate facilities. If your order contains multiple products, those products may:

Be produced at different facilities;
Ship at different times;
Be sent by different shipping carriers;
Have separate tracking information; and
Arrive in separate packages on different days.

Receiving only part of a multi-item order does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping costs may vary based on your delivery address, the products ordered, package weight or dimensions, fulfillment location, and selected shipping method.

When products in the same order are fulfilled separately, shipping charges may reflect multiple shipments or fulfillment locations.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or provided after purchase are estimates only.

Delivery may be affected by production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are ordering for a holiday, birthday, event, or other date-sensitive occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available for the shipping method used.

Please note that tracking availability and the frequency of tracking updates vary by shipping carrier, service level, destination, and fulfillment provider.

If your order contains products fulfilled separately, you may receive more than one shipment confirmation or tracking number.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to certain destinations.

International orders may be produced or shipped from different locations depending on product availability and the capabilities of our fulfillment partners.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges associated with receiving an international order.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays. We cannot control or guarantee customs processing times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lcreagan.com.

Because print-on-demand products may enter production or fulfillment shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has been submitted.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or otherwise undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional production and shipping charges may apply if an order must be produced or shipped again because incorrect shipping information was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@lcreagan.com with your order number.

We will review the available shipment information and, when appropriate, work with the applicable fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and with members of your household, neighbors, building management, or other individuals who may have accepted the package.

Depending on the circumstances, additional investigation by the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at hello@lcreagan.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable so that we can evaluate the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
